LED lighting for businesses is a growing industry and with changes and improvements in technology the LED is set to continue to benefit businesses, employees and the environment. Lower Prices: As manufacturing competition grows the selling price of the LED lamp is decreasing. It is believed and reported by The Department of Energy that the $/klm LED lamp price is expected to decrease by approximately 55% by 2017 and a projected decrease of 30% for LED luminaires. Supply is currently exceeding demand meaning that light fittings can be offered at lower prices, ultimately making an LED upgrade more attractive than ever.
