Channel is committed to supplying products of the highest standards in quality and design.

Considerable care is taken throughout design, development and manufacture. All Channel’s manufactured products have a minimum 1 year warranty with many having up to 3 years *(subject to user guidelines).

“Double your parts Warranty”

If you take out a Service Contract with Channel Safety Systems Limited for your fire alarm system within three months of the commission date, this warranty period is doubled on parts, terms and conditions apply.

Returns

Channel will receive returned products for investigation via the Returns Team at Petersfield within the appropriate warranty period.
