Solo Detector Duster
Product Code: DETECTOR DUSTERFor the removal of dust, dirt, and insects that can collect on detector surfaces and inside sensing chambers. Debris is one of the main causes of sensitivity drift in detectors and contributes to an increase in false alarms or, in extreme cases, failure to initiate an alarm in the presence of a real fire.
To clean, remove the detector head from its base, (using a Solo pole and Solo 200 removal tool, where the detector is installed at height), and simply blow the debris safely away with a jet of clean, high-pressure gas.
