A central control panel which provides versatility for making and receiving calls, either by normal duplex (phone) or semi duplex (hands free). For use with Channel Refuge Alarms.

The system provides a simple means of connecting two locations with an independent telephone link, continuously monitored when not in use, and utilising a battery supported power supply, to allow compliance with the relevant sections of BS5839.
